Toronto’s Sarah Burton is in the middle of a huge three month tour across Canada and back. She is making a stop in Regina on June 6th, 2012 at the Creative City Centre. Regina’s own Tyler Gilber will be opening the show. Doors will open at 7:30 and the show will begin at 8:00pm.

She’s a rambler, a gambler, a lover and a fighter; Sarah Burton’s steady and soulful voice tells the tales of life with beauty, strength and weariness, and an ever-present sense of excitement. Her sound rocks and rolls with just the right amount of country and pop influence. Sarah has been spreading this excitement throughout North America since 2006. Sarah Burton is preparing to release a new album! Fire Breathers consists of 13 songs spun together by a spaghetti-western love story.
Born in Ottawa, Sarah has lived in several Canadian cities through her life, but is currently calling Toronto home. Her career has seen her play NXNE, Canadian Music Week, Winterfolk, We Are Many Festival, Brandon Folk Festival, the North Country Fair and BC’s Music on the Mountain, in addition to the many live music venues across the country.
About Tyler Gilbert:
Tyler Gilbert is a singer songwriter at the prime age of 23. Born in Calgary, AB, Tyler has released 3 distributed albums since 2008 and has made multiple demos since 2003. Gilbert has toured across Canada and a few states in the U.S. playing shows and festivals and appearing on multiple radio stations along the way. Tyler has received airplay and weekly rotation on many campus and online radio stations as well as regular airplay on CBC.
